On Saturday we went to a rodeo in Ogden, and had a great time! Our friends Tiff, Coby, and Cade came as well, so Wyatt always had someone to carry him. We brought the diaper bag with us with a few diapers and wipes included, but Wyatt had quite the accident. Let's just say that the diaper didn't quite catch everything, and his new outfit now has quite the stain. To top it off we didn't have an extra onesie so Wyatt was in a diaper and a blanket the rest of the night. Before the night ended we changed 2 more diapers with paper towels. :)

We had quite the Fourth of July weekend. Dan and I went up to Idaho Falls to visit Dan's parents. We went to the parade where we met up with Jacob. It was fun to watch the parade with someone who could mock the bazillion trillion cheeleaders/dancer/gymnists that came by. No offense but it is like they are breeding them up there!

After the parade Dan and Jacob decided to slide down the cement ramp at the boy sout office (Dan's dad is the scout executive) where they broke the door with their landing.

After that event Jacob and Dan lit the neighbors juniper bushes/trees on fire. Nice! This subsequently gave them a ticket and it nearly gave me a heart attack! They were fighting the fire with buckets and hoses before the firemen arrived and I thought Jacob was engulfed in flames, he wasn't so no worries.
Saturday, we had family pictures taken and Wyatt had his naked pictures taken, super cute!!

On a different note Wyatt is 12 lbs and he is quite strong. His lungs and voice box work very well too! The idea of letting him cry himself to sleep is no longer working and I am currently on a no diary diet which is supposed to help the colic, no luck yet. He does have his sweet moments though! He is smiling at me now and again and it is sooo precious!

Well Wyatt is four weeks old now and he is doing pretty good! He eats and poops alot and he likes to cry like a big baby! He is pretty good during the day, but it seems like as soon as the sun goes down he becomes quite paticular about everything!! You have to hold him a certain way and there has to be the correct amount of light in the room, he must be fed a his diaper needs to be dry, his blanket must be wrapped ever so snuggly, and if he changes his mind about what he wants ahhhhhh. The last couple of nights I let him cry himself to sleep, he was fed and dry. He cried for about 5 mins and then he just drifted off YES! I think he is learning his lesson!
