Haircut

I have had not had a real haircut in years and years. I have had trims here and there but the style of my hair has not changed. So I was itching for something new and so I just went out and got my hair cut yesterday. I didn't cry or anything. I actually like the freedom. I am excited to try this new look!

Paralyzed

I dont remeber exactly how this game was invented but I think it roots back to a late college night with Laura and Andrea Fox. Anyway The object of the game is basically to move someone your team mate who is trying to be "parylized" into a certain position designated before the game begins. Well it was late Saturday night and my friends Tiffany and Annemarie were up from Utah visiting Dan and I and reminding me that I do have friends!! We were thinking of what game to play next and the rousing game of paralyized came to mind. Tiffany and Anne didn't want to participate but I still wanted to play so Dan and I gave them a demonstration. I have not laughed this hard in a really long time. I dont know what it is about this game that I find so funny but I do. It is just fun!! Tiff and Anne had their cameras out and they took some video. I would post it but I am sure it would take several days to download using this site. Anyways when you dont know what game to play and your spouse needs a good workout lifting you etc. play paralyzed!!!

Wyatt likes the sink for his bath, a better vantage point I suppose.

Wyatt has also learned how to stand up supporting himself with the crib. These crib pictures were taken in the middle of the night over Christmas break.

We also went sledding last night here in Rexburg pretty fun if you ask me!!

Let it Snow! Yeah Right!!

Here in Idaho it has been snowing quite a bit! There are snow banks outside our house that are 4 feet tall. It is not an easy task to shovel the drive way, good thing Danny does it!

Over Christmas break we spent some time in Idaho Falls with Dans' family. We made ginger bread houses from scratch (what an endevour), we tried to buid a snow hill at midnight, we crashed a youth dance (not intentionally), and we had a wonderful Christmas! Wyatt loved the wrapping paper! For Christmas dinner Dans' sister Amanda and husband Derek gave us all a sparkling juice drink and a larg beer glass to drink it in. Num Yummy. Notice Dan's beer eyes:).

In other news Wyatt has just experienced his first ear infection. Those of you who know Wyatt know that he does not handle even the slightest discomfort well, and so it was really sad to see him experience real pain!! It is hard to see your baby so sad!
